We're developing five distinct studio spaces, each offering a private environment for you to serve your clients and build your brand.

Essential Facilities

Our spaces will include essential shared amenities to support your daily operations. This includes two dedicated restrooms and a washer and dryer for your convenience, ensuring you and your clients have everything you need on-site.

Fully Equipped

Our suites give you everything you need to make things easy on your end. Each one comes with private plumbing, a washbowl,  sink, cabinet, luxury cutting chair, and shampoo bowl.

Frequently Asked questions

Do I have 24/7 access to my suite or station?

Yes! You will have access to your suite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Create the flexible schedule you've always needed, so you can work whenever it’s most convenient for you and your clients.

Are we allowed to decorate our suites?

Yes! Feel free to add shelves, hang photos, and personalize your space. We just ask that you get prior approval from management before making any permanent changes.

What are your lease terms?

We offer flexible week-to-week leases for all salon suites, longer lease options is available upon request.

How much does a suite cost?

That totally depends on which one you pick! We would love to show you around and talk about specific pricing. Suites start at $250 per week, and this all-inclusive rate covers electric, trash, water, and internet access.

Can I use my own equipment?

Yes, you may use your own equipment. Please note that permanent fixtures such as sinks and cabinetry are built-in and cannot be removed.

What is required to lease a salon suite?

To get started with your salon suite, you must have an active bank account in your name. If your profession is regulated by the TDLR, an active and unexpired license is required. For professions not regulated by the TDLR, a license is not required. We also ask for a damage deposit at signing, equal to one week’s rent for your suite.

How large are the suites?

Our suites range from 100 to 130 square feet. If you’re looking to create a larger salon space, let us know and we’d be happy to explore options with you.
