What types of spaces are available?

While we offer various size retail units for lease at the South Loop Plaza, currently we only have retail units that are+-585 SF and Individual Salon studios for lease at the moment. If you’re interested in a bigger unit, fill out our form and get on the waiting list for when one becomes available.

Can I get discounted rent?

Yes! Everyone who signs a lease in 2025 will receive half-price base rent and $0 on the modified net lease through the end of the year while we complete our renovations.

What are the unit sizes?

Unit sizes range from 585 to 875 square feet, with specific units now leasing. We also offer the option to join two units together to create a single, larger space that can be customized to meet your specific business needs.

How long are leases?

We offer 3–5 year leases. That means you’ll enjoy the peace of mind of knowing exactly what your rent will be for the next few years.

What is a modified Net lease?

In a modified net lease, the tenant will pay a base rent + cover pro rated property taxes + pro rated property insurance + some Common area maintenance (CAM’s) Ex: Trash, exterior lighting, pest control, landscaping.

Can the interior layout be changed?

Yes, you can! We want your studio to be a perfect fit for your business. Just let us know your plans, and we'll get them approved by management before you start any work.
