Do I have 24/7 access to my suite or station?

Yes! You will have access to your suite 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Create the flexible schedule you've always needed, so you can work whenever it’s most convenient for you and your clients.

Are we allowed to decorate our suites?

Yes! Feel free to add shelves, hang photos, and personalize your space. We just ask that you get prior approval from management before making any permanent changes.

What are your lease terms?

Can I use my own equipment?

Yes, you may use your own equipment. Please note that permanent fixtures such as sinks and upper cabinetry are built-in and cannot be removed.
